Green Policy Statement
At Crystechcoating, we are dedicated to meeting the highest standards of environmental compliance. This responsibility includes implementing the recycling requirements established by the European Union (EU). Our product end-of-life recycling activities comply with the 'Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment or WEEE Directive' (2002/96/EC), and our product packaging
materials adhere to the requirements of the 'Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive' (94/62/EC). Our products also fulfill the recycling requirements as mandated by the Ministry of Information Industry (MII) in the People's Republic of China. Additional product markings encourage appropriate disposal of consumables by the end-user.
All Crystechcoating instruments are RoHS compliant.
RoHS is the short for Restriction of Hazardous Substances. RoHS, also known as Directive 2002/95/EC, originated in the European Union and restricts the use of specific hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products.
The substances banned under RoHS are lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), hexavalent chromium (CrVI), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE).
