Crystechcoating develops many types of filters using our advanced IBS coating technology. These filters are used world-wide in medical equipment and laser products.
We have a global customer base for these mass-produced filter, with 80% exported to America and Europe.
How we make optical filters？
We use advanced IBS “hard” coating to deposit on a single, flat substrate.
Traditional coating techniques use multiple substrates laminated together.
This is because traditional coatings are “soft” and need glass protection.
Multiple laminations usually have some wedge to them, causing imaging problems and misalignments.
Differences:
Hard coated, single substrate filters provide the ultimate performance, environmental stability,easy handling, and long life.
