Qingdao NovelBeam Technology Co. Ltd. (formerly known as Qingdao Crystechcoating, Inc.), which was founded in 2003, is located in Qingdao, an emerging high-tech coastal city of China.

Novelbeam has adapted optics technology to enable cutting-edge solid state light sources (LED & laser) for medical applications and micro-display projection systems. Other ground-breaking technologies include: optical surface processing, high-energy nano vacuum coating, LED thermal management, LED driving technology, and customized optical system design.

For the medical industry, Novelbeam provides optical coatings, optical components, LED light sources, CCD lenses and wireless optical instruments.

For the micro-display projection market, Novelbeam provides LED and laser color combiners, LCOS display optics, LCOS color management modules and LED light sources.
